Who we are

BridgeCore Technologies (Pty) Ltd is a South African company registered under number 2026/131186/07, with its principal place of business in Pretoria, South Africa. We are the responsible party for personal information collected through this website.

What information we collect

Information you provide directly. When you request the first measurement or open the document library, you give us your name, work email address, organisation, and — for the library — your territory and ERP platform, together with any context you choose to add.

Information collected automatically with a submission. When you submit either form we record the time of submission, your IP address, the country your request came from, and your browser's user agent. These are kept as part of the submission record and are used to operate the rate limit that protects the form.

Cookies and local storage. Your cookie choice is stored in your browser's local storage. No analytics or advertising technology is loaded unless you accept.

No other tracking. We use no advertising cookies, no retargeting pixels, no heatmap tools and no session recording.

How we use your information

Information submitted through our forms is used to send you what you asked for, to reply to you, and to keep a record of the request. We do not use it for automated decision-making, for profiling for advertising, or for any purpose beyond the direct relationship you have initiated with us.

Who we share your information with

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing or commercial purposes.

Our website and its form endpoint are hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., which processes data on our behalf as our infrastructure provider. Where we send ourselves a notification of your submission, that notification passes through our email provider.

Where submissions are stored

Submissions are written to a storage namespace operated by Cloudflare on our behalf and are readable only by us. A notification may also be sent to our own mailbox. Nothing you submit is passed to any other party.

Your rights

Under POPIA in South Africa and, where applicable, the GDPR in the European Union, you have the right to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable form.

Cookies and consent

When you first visit, a consent banner is displayed. Nothing beyond the page itself is loaded until you choose. Your preference is stored in your browser's local storage and remembered for future visits.

You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser's local storage for bridgecore.io, or by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal.

Data retention

Information submitted through our forms is retained for as long as there is an active enquiry or business relationship, and for a maximum of three years thereafter, unless a longer period is required by law.

Security

Submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection and held in storage readable only by us. Every submission passes a bot challenge and server-side validation before it is accepted.

The STRATA™ platform itself is a separate matter from this website. It reads a client's estate in read-only mode and is described in the platform documentation.

Children

Our website is directed at enterprise technology professionals and is not intended for anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or in applicable law. The effective date above will be updated accordingly, and we will not materially reduce your rights without reasonable notice.
